Richard Gien’s September show, titled “Bits and Pieces” features a selection of small ceramics from Southeast Asia, which he encourages collectors to use a “functional objects” in their everyday lives. Among the highlight is the 14/15th century olive brown – glazed Vietnamese bowl with moulded design Buddhist auspicious objects and a lotus pod.
